Devantis Capital is a Western Canada based public venture capital firm that provides equity financing to emerging companies. We help talented entrepreneurs and CEOs realize their visions. Given that venture capital is the practice of financing private companies using private funds, the phrase Public Venture Capital may sound like an oxymoron. However this contradiction is merely apparent. We like to call it Venture Capital because we engage and risk our own funds and those of our associates. Once we invest, we commit to assisting your company succeed not only on the public market but more importantly as a major provider of products or services. The term Public comes from the fact that your venture must have the potential to go public at the time of financing.
